From LA to LA

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Katharine moved to Los Alamos, New Mexico in 2007. Since her move to the small town, she lost no time sharing her passion and experience for excellent print, logo and website design. She enjoys finding opportunities to improve local small businesses through effective and resourceful design solutions.

Her work in innovative print and web design has been a response to a need in effective communication and expression. Her process repeatedly shows a practice of optimizing the restraints and using the resources at hand.

Katharine received her design training through the Design Communication Arts Certificate program at UCLA Extension in Los Angeles. She has received extensive training in design. She is technically proficient in page layout, digital illustration, photo retouching, website design and building.
